Participants will learn what it means to give a good compliment and practice giving compliments to other participants from the group.
Participants will learn about a rare type of expression of gratitude- Food gratitude.
Participants will explore and develop plans and goals for one’s future career.
Participants will explore what it means to practice “heartfulness” and share kindness through doing The Kindness Project.
Participants will explore what it means to “keep their composure” and why this is an important skill to develop.
Through this lesson, participants will be able to learn experientially while learning about peers’ identities by having conversations with each other.
